Arrival Time:
Appointment is required. Please arrive on time. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to first visit. This will allow time to fill out a client intake form.
Late Arrival:
Our appointments are on scheduling, Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the full session. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the reminder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payments for the full service.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
Scheduled appointment are reserved especially for you. Please call us at 617-566-0875 to reschedule and cancel your appointment. We require 24-hour in advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any services with no charge.
Massage package:
Our massage packages are only valid for Body massage (not included with Prenatal massage and Reflexology). Please use the massage packages within 1 year of your purchased to avoid the price changes. If you would like to use the massage packages after 1year, you may need to pay the different of the price. *Massage package is valid for individual use, only accept for spouse and family members.
Gift Certificate and online Gift Certificate:
All gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please use the gift certificate within 1 year of your purchased to avoid the price changes. If you would like to use the gift card after 1year, you may need to pay the different of the price. **Online prices may differ for transaction fees.
Cleanliness:
Our equipment is sanitized after every service and treatment. All towels and sheets are washed after every client.
Payment:
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks.
Gratuity:
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 18-20% of each service price is appropriate and appreciated.
